Q: Do I need to pre-register for the conference?
A: Every participant of SpaceOps 2025 must complete their own registration in order to capture important information which may be vital to their onsite attendance (life-threatening allergies, mobility issues, etc.)

A: SpaceOps 2025 will be presented in English
Q: Are Live Translation Services available during the conference?
A: Live Translation Services are not available for SpaceOps 2025
Q: Do I need a VISA to attend the conference?
A: You may require a VISA if you live outside of Canada, please visit Service Canada for more information

A: Infant attendance onsite is limited to the Welcome Reception and the Exhibit Hall. Infants must not disrupt or interfere with conference activities and cannot be brought to Keynote Presentations, Panel Discussions or any other Technical Sessions
