Delegate Definitions
Standard Delegate | Working professional
Student Delegate | 35 years of age or less and currently enrolled in full-time college or university studies, must submit valid Student ID, does not include Conference Dinner
Retired Person | 65 years of age and over, or 55 years of age and over and fully retired
Young Professional | 35 years of age or less and currently employed in the space sector, does not include Conference Dinner
Accompanying Person | Includes Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Networking Breaks on Opening Day (May 26) only
Exhibit Staff | Includes Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, attending Technical and Plenary Sessions, does not include Conference Dinner or making Technical Presentations

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations/refund requests must be submitted in writing to SpaceOps 2025 Conference Secretariat.

Until March 31, 2025: 100% of registration feed paid will be refunded

From April 1 to May 5, 2025: 100% of the registration fees paid will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of 15% of the total

From May 6, 2025: no refunds will be issued on registration feed paid.

Failure to Obtain a VISA
In the event that a registrant cannot obtain a required visa, registration fees will be reimbursed, minus an administrative fee of 15% of the total.

The participant must make a written request by May 6, 2024, and attach proof that the required visa cannot be obtained.
​
No refunds will be issued in respect of requests made after May 6, 2025.

Social Activities
SpaceOps 2025 organizers reserve the right to cancel an activity if the number of participants is insufficient. In the even of cancellation, the activity fee paid will be reimbursed in full.
