Good to know...

• All applicants must be students currently enrolled in a full-time college or university program

• You will be required to upload an image of your valid Student ID for verification

• A minimum of 6 shifts (AM or PM) are required to be eligible for waived registration fees as an approved SpaceOps 2025 Volunteer

• English is the official language of the conference

• Only CASI Headquarters can approve your application

• A Waitlist will be created to serve as many applicants as possible

• Virtual Event Training will be provided as we near the event, all Volunteers will have access to the recordings and/or transcripts for reference

• Application Approval is subject to review and is separate from Conference Registration

• Approved Volunteers will be required to register themselves in order to capture important information; a Registration Code and link will be provided via email if approved

• All applicants will be notified of their application status via email

• Volunteers are responsible for their own travel and lodging costs
